First came plantains, then came pattys…Join us for an intimate dinner on June 20th to celebrate the launch of BANANE’s new catered food menu available on DoorDash starting July! Pate Djon Djon (Mushroom Patties) 

2 golden puff pastries stuffed with oyster mushrooms, green onions, garlic and tomatoes

Pate Bef (Beef Patties) 

2 golden puff pastries stuffed with beyond meat, red onions, garlic and bell peppers, and parsley

Legume (Veggie Medley) 

Spinach, chayote, onions, eggplant, and tomatoe slowly cooked and mashed together. Perfect over rice.

Diri Blan ak Sos Pois (White Rice and black bean sauce) 

A Haitian classic! Fluffy white rice with hints of garlic and green onion, paired with black bean sauce to pour on top

Papitas (Plantain Chips) 

You know them as BANANE. Snack size bags of Sweet Yellow, Savory Green, Cinnamon Sugar and Candied Ginger
