  • What do you mean by "seasoned the Haitian way""
Like in many other parts of the world, Plantain is a staple in Haiti. It is rare to go 48 hours without having eaten or atleast been offered plantain. Ingredients: We use seasoning traditionally found in Haitian Epis like garlic, onion and added turmeric to reduce inflamtion, cayenne to honor the creole heat as well as parsley to honor those killed in the parsley massacre. Health: Haitian cuisine has a beautiful way of marrying freshness with bold flavor. BANANE is no different. Each flavor option is packed with organic, vegan, gluten free spices. Menm jan ak nan anpil lòt pais nan mond lan, Bannann se yon eleman prensipal ann Ayiti. Li ra pou ale 48 èdtan sanw pa manje omwen moun pa ofriw bannann. Engredyan: Nou itilize sezonman yo jwenn tradisyonèlman nan epis ayisyen tankou lay, zonyon ak kayèn ajoute pou onore chalè kreyòl la ansanm ak pèsi pou onore moun ki mouri nan masak pèsi a. Sante: Cuisine ayisyen an gen yon bèl fason pou marye fraîcheur ak gou fonse. BANANE pa diferan. Chak opsyon gou chaje ak epis santi bon òganik, vejetalyen, san gluten.
